This document outlines what WhiteCore AI provides, how the platform operates, and important service limitations and privacy considerations.
What WhiteCore AI Does For You

  • Works with large format LED walls, LCD commercial displays, kiosks and menu boards.
  • Supports multiple locations, enterprise deployments and white-label environments.
  • Provides analytics and reporting dashboards for engagement insights and operational visibility.
  • Supports Linux, Windows and Android based compatible media players.
  • Can be installed onto compatible customer-owned media players.
  • Offers preconfigured WhiteCore media players and AI camera hardware packs.

What WhiteCore AI Does NOT Do
  • WhiteCore AI does not provide onsite installation services unless separately agreed in writing.
  • WhiteCore AI does not provide electrical installation, data cabling or structural mounting services.
  • WhiteCore AI does not provide operating system support for customer-owned Windows, Linux, Android or network infrastructure.
  • WhiteCore AI does not guarantee compatibility with unsupported or modified third-party hardware.
  • WhiteCore AI does not permanently store facial recognition or biometric identity data.
  • WhiteCore AI is designed to process analytics events rather than identify specific individuals.
  • Video processing is intended to occur locally on-device where possible, reducing unnecessary cloud video transmission.
  • WhiteCore AI does not take responsibility for customer internet outages, local network failures or third-party hardware failures.
  • WhiteCore AI does not provide 24/7 managed IT services unless covered under a separate enterprise agreement.
  • WhiteCore AI does not manage or maintain customer operating systems outside the WhiteCore platform software itself.
  • WhiteCore AI does not collect or sell customer audience identity data.

Privacy & Compliance Notes

WhiteCore AI is designed with privacy-first principles. The platform is intended to operate in alignment with applicable privacy frameworks including the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and similar international privacy principles where applicable. Customers remain responsible for ensuring their own venue signage, privacy disclosures and operational use comply with local laws and regulations in their country or region.

Remote Support Clarification

WhiteCore AI may provide remote assistance and remote desktop access when specifically requested and authorised by the customer. Remote support is limited to WhiteCore software configuration, player setup and platform-related troubleshooting only.
