This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of WhiteCore’s software platform, cloud services, media player software, AI analytics systems, APIs and associated infrastructure.

By accessing or using WhiteCore services, all customers agree to comply with this policy.

Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

1. Purpose

WhiteCore provides enterprise-grade digital signage management, AI analytics and cloud-based display management services intended for lawful commercial use.

This policy exists to ensure the security, reliability and lawful operation of the WhiteCore platform for all customers.

2. Permitted Use

Customers may use WhiteCore for legitimate business activities including:

Digital signage content management

Commercial content distribution

Media scheduling and automation

Retail analytics and reporting

Venue analytics and customer behaviour reporting

Audience detection and AI-powered automation

Internal corporate communication systems

Multi-location display management

Use of the platform must remain lawful at all times.

3. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use WhiteCore for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose.

Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

Distribution of illegal material

Uploading malicious software, malware or ransomware

Hosting or distributing copyrighted material without permission

Fraudulent activity or deceptive advertising

Uploading offensive, obscene or unlawful content

Harassment, abuse or harmful communications

Distribution of pornography or sexually explicit material

Terrorism-related content or extremist material

Hate speech or unlawful discriminatory content

Any activity violating local, national or international law

WhiteCore reserves sole discretion in determining prohibited content.

4. Platform Abuse

Customers may not intentionally interfere with platform stability or security.

This includes:

Attempting to overload WhiteCore infrastructure

Conducting denial of service attacks

Excessive API abuse

Automated attacks against infrastructure

Attempting to disrupt services for other customers

Repeatedly triggering excessive platform resources beyond normal usage

Any deliberate abuse may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Security Violations

Customers may not attempt to compromise WhiteCore systems.

Prohibited conduct includes:

Unauthorised access attempts

Reverse engineering platform software

Attempting to bypass licensing restrictions

Accessing another customer’s account or infrastructure

Credential theft or unauthorised account sharing

Penetration testing without written approval

Intercepting or tampering with platform communications

Security violations may result in immediate termination without notice.

6. Misuse of AI Services

Where Vision AI services are enabled, customers may not use WhiteCore systems for unlawful surveillance activities.

Prohibited AI usage includes:

Attempting to identify specific individuals without lawful authority

Deploying unlawful surveillance systems

Attempting to collect biometric identity data

Using AI analytics in violation of privacy regulations

Deploying systems for discriminatory or unlawful profiling

WhiteCore prohibits misuse of AI technologies for unlawful monitoring.

7. Media Content Responsibility

Customers remain fully responsible for all uploaded media content.

Customers must ensure content:

Does not infringe intellectual property rights

Complies with advertising regulations

Does not violate copyright law

Is lawful within the jurisdiction of deployment

Does not contain harmful or misleading content

WhiteCore does not review all uploaded customer content.

8. Third Party Integrations

Customers using third-party integrations remain responsible for ensuring lawful use of connected systems.

This includes:

Camera hardware

External APIs

Third-party media players

External network infrastructure

Customer-owned display hardware

WhiteCore is not responsible for third-party system misuse.

9. Account Suspension

WhiteCore reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services where customers:

Breach this policy

Fail to comply with legal requirements

Create security risks

Abuse platform resources

Engage in prohibited conduct

Service suspension may occur without prior notice where security risks exist.

10. Investigation Rights

WhiteCore reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy.

We may:

Review platform usage logs

Restrict account access during investigations

Suspend API access

Disable player software

Cooperate with lawful requests from regulatory authorities where required by law

11. Limitation of Responsibility

WhiteCore is not responsible for unlawful actions undertaken by customers using the platform.

Customers remain solely responsible for their use of:

Media content

Camera systems

AI analytics deployments

Customer-owned hardware

Local legal compliance

12. Policy Changes

WhiteCore may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically.

Updated versions will be published at:

Continued use of WhiteCore services constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
